Product Brief & Requirements

Customer specifies type (pizza / food / cargo / pharma), capacity, temperature control, and compartment needs.

Fabric & Component Selection

We select exterior fabrics (Oxford polyester, parachute nylon, or canvas), insulation layers with high-density foam, aluminum hot sheets, and food-grade aluminum frames.

Design & Compartment Engineering

We decide the shape, number of compartments, and aluminum frame layout including multi-section pizza slots, hot/cold dual-compartments, or cargo bags with aluminum trays.

Tech Pack & Pattern Making

Detailed measurements, fabric panels, aluminum sheet sizing, and frame layout are planned before cutting.

Cutting & Printing

Fabrics are cut and branding is added through sublimation, embroidery, UV print, or screen print.

Frame & Insulation Assembly

Aluminum hot sheets are inserted with foam insulation. Food-grade aluminum frames are installed to create solid compartments with reflective liners.

Sewing & Final Assembly

Exterior shell, zippers, straps, and reinforcements are added. Compartments are fitted with aluminum trays or dividers.

Quality Control & Thermal Testing

Bags tested for heat retention with aluminum sheet insulation. Frame stability and hygiene checks for food-grade aluminum compartments.

Packaging & Delivery

Eco-friendly packaging and global shipping with full tracking and documentation.
