Eligible for Return
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund.
- Unopened and Unused Items: Unopened and unused items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges.
Return Process

- Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number (RA).
- Packaging: Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided in your return authorization.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 07Â business days upon receipt of the returned item.
Exclusions
- Customized Items: Customized items are generally not eligible for return.
- Sale Items: Sale items may have restrictions on returns or exchanges.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
